Having spent most of my working life in Tauranga and London, my experience is diverse and colourful. I’ve had the opportunity to work at management level across a variety of industries in broad and specialised roles – and I have enjoyed each one.
The fundamental purpose of marketing and communications is the same within any business – what motivates me is learning about different industries, understanding their marketing challenges, and then creating initiatives for audiences through a variety of channels to ultimately increase profile and growth.
My career began in Tauranga in local Government, export, sustainability and residential building. I then moved to London and experienced the breadth and complexity of business at national Government and international corporate level – organisations with endless resource and jaw-dropping budgets!
Returning home with two children, I wanted to get back to work and feed my hunger for helping businesses profile their brands and grow. And so Colab Marketing was created – a collaborative, hard-working, down to earth marketing company that is focused on showcasing the value and greatness within your business.
